Returns Policy


We have a simple motto here: We aren't happy until you are!

If you have ordered an item and it is incorrect, damaged, faulty, or otherwise not what you were expecting or required, we will want to refund or replace it for you. We allow 30 days from the day your item was delivered to raise a claim with us; but once you have informed us, we will refund on the day the item is returned to us.

In order to return an item, contact the team via:
Info@MavenMarine.com or call +44(0)1270 580180 and request a returns form. This will be emailed, faxed or mailed to you at your preference.
We ask you to fill it in, return your item and upon the day of it's return to us we will issue a refund excluding postage charges. if you need helping getting the item back to us, let us know and we can arrange a courier collection.

All returns should be unused and returned with undamaged original packaging where possible.

For obvious reasons, special orders and personalised items are exempt from this (or will attract a re-stocking charge), but please pick up the phone! We'll do our best to do the right thing.
